Revoke Article 50 and Remain 6,079,455

Revoke Article 50 and remain in the EU.

The government repeatedly claims exiting the EU is 'the will of the people'. We need to put a stop to this claim by proving the strength of public support now, for remaining in the EU. A People's Vote may not happen - so vote now.

No Deal in March 608,152

Leave the EU without a deal in March 2019.

We are wasting Billions of pounds of taxpayers money trying to negotiate in a short space of time. Leaving the EU in March 2019 will allow the UK good time to negotiate more efficiently. The EU will be more eager to accept a deal on our terms having lost a major partner.

No Deal April 12 246,157

Leave the EU Without a deal on April 12th.

The Government are right when they say that exiting the EU is the "will of the people" Despite the best efforts of the political classes and media establishment the "silent majority" still wish to leave the EU. If Mrs May's deal is rejected again we should leave the EU on April 12 with No deal.

2nd Referendum 192,485

Hold a second referendum on EU membership.

The Brexit process has been a failure. At the end of two years, our ruling party is bitterly divided, the main opposition not a viable replacement for it, and the deal we have negotiated is almost universally opposed. No one voted for this to happen.

Leave, deal or no deal 179,363

Parliament must honour the Referendum result. Leave deal or no deal 29/03/19

The UK voted in a referendum in 2016 to Leave the EU....this wasn't dependent on a " deal" ....but rather just "Leave" we are now demanding that all mp's honour this result .conservative and labour mp's also agreed to leave on 29/03/19...... deal or no deal as part of their gen election campaign

Revoke if no plan 150,382

Revoke Art.50 if there is no Brexit plan by the 25 of February

On the 25th of November both the UK Government and the European Union came to an agreement on the proposed departure from the EU. After an historic defeat in the House of Commons on the 15th of January, 2019 by a majority of 230 votes the PM has now decided to go back to the EU over the backstop.

Vote if Rejected 144,398

Grant a People's Vote if Parliament rejects the EU Withdrawal Agreement

The Prime Minister has negotiated an EU withdrawal agreement. However, it is clear from resignations and interviews that the deal will not pass Parliament. As no credible alternative has been proposed, the public must be allowed to vote on whether to accept this deal or to remain in the EU.

Halt Brexit for Public Enquiry 107,384

Halt Brexit For A Public Inquiry

The UK's departure from the EU looms but questions remain about the legitimacy of the Referendum. The Electoral Commission said illegal overspending occurred during the Referendum. Were the vote/any subsequent political acts affected? Article 50 was triggered. Was the overspend known about then?

Voting for EU in UK & UK in EU 36,826

Give voting rights to EU citizens in the UK and Brits abroad in a People's Vote

We should abide by the democratic principle that there must be no taxation without representation. Five million people were wrongly disenfranchised and could not vote in the 2016 referendum. Voices for Europe and In Limbo sponsor this petition on behalf of EU citizens in the UK and Brits abroad.

Schengen and Euro 13,610

Hard Remain: Align with other EU countries and adopt Schengen and the euro.

Many people are unhappy with the various varieties of brexit that are on the table. But many are also unhappy with the current membership of the EU. Another option would be for a "hard remain". The UK should become part of the Schengen area, adopt the euro currency, and adopt EU driving standards.

Keep Freedom of Movement 10,943

Protect our Freedom of Movement Rights

As EU Citizens, UK citizens currently have Freedom of Movement to work in 28 Countries of the EU & also in 3 EEA countries. We do not want to lose these rights. We ask that the UK Government consider our Rights in Brexit negotiations as many of us use them to work across the countries of Europe.

UK vote in EU Elections 1,933

Hold European Parliamentary elections in UK if Brexit is delayed

If the UK is still a member of the EU on May 23rd, British citizens and EU27 citizens in the UK must have representation through their MEPs in the European Parliament. Having representation in these elections also crucially allows the UK time to arrange a second referendum on EU membership.

Norway EEA/EFTA 270

UK adopt a Norway style Brexit. Being in the EFTA-EEA. No jurisdiction for UK.

The Norway model includes two European organizations. The European Free Trade Association(EFTA) and European Economic Area (EEA) UK would leave the EU, join EFTA, and become a full member of the EEA.

Withdraw from Backstop 247

HM Government must ensure that UK can unilaterally withdraw from Brexit backstop

As a truly sovereign nation, HM Government must ensure that the UK can unilaterally withdraw from the Brexit backstop arrangement as described in the Draft Withdrawal Agreement of the UK from the EU. Otherwise the sovereignty of the UK could be lost forever.

PM May’s Deal 200

Support the Prime Minister's Brexit Deal

I run a small business and the uncertainty around Brexit is completely unacceptable. There is no deal available that will satisfy everyone and what the PM has negotiated gives a degree of certainty the business community needs. No Deal or leaving on WTO Terms is not an option.
